Your registration will be processed in the order it is received by the conference committee. Once processing is complete you will receive via email a receipt or invoice for the event. *You may also take advantage of the Member rate by becoming an ANWAD member at this time if you are eligible. Important Registration Information/Policies
Registration Details:

  • All conference attendees, including presenters, speakers, panel conference participants, session chairs MUST pay the registration fees.
  • Conference registration includes access to all conference presentations, keynote addresses, coffee breaks, and Dinner receptions. 
  • Conference registration does not include ticketed events to the Spirit of Washington, which can be purchased separately on the registration form.
  • In order to certify that fees are applied to the correct participant, please note your full name on all payments, documents and correspondence.
  • Presenter Non-Refundable /Non-Transferrable Registration Fee: $500 USD
  • Attendee Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable Registration Fee: $350 USD
  • A $100 USD discount for paid registration fee received on or before December 20, 2013*.
  • Checks, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders can be made payable to: ANWAD Inc.
  • Credit Card payments and Wire Transfers** are accepted. Please contact the USA or International Liaison for further details on wire transfers.
  • Payments will not be accepted at the conference site. All payments must be made before the conference date.

International Participants:
Issuance of official invitation by ANWAD Inc. will be sent upon receipt of payment. This will apply towards both an invitation for attendance as well as issuance of the letter of acceptance for submitted and approved abstracts for presentation. Abstract is subject to approval.

Special Notes: 
*Only cash, check, money order or wire transfers payments will be accepted for anyone requesting an official invitation.  
**Non-Refundable/Non-Transferrable fee must be received by the early bird deadline of December 20, 2013 to receive the $100 discount, this includes completion of wires and bank transfers by this date.
***Please note that wire transfers may take up to 2-3 weeks to clear. Participant will be notified immediately once funds have been applied. An additional $25.00 processing fee will be assessed for all wire transfers.  Re-issue of an invitation letter is subject to a $50.00 fee as well as the $25.00 wire transfer fee.
