The Journal of ANWAD (JOA) is an annual international peer review journal, duly registered with an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) for print and online publications.  The journal serves scholars, academicians, and professional practitioners engaged in facets of leadership and science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) research. The journal provides a forum for the development of the knowledge base and professional practice of research and education worldwide. The journal is made available through the continued support of our sponsors and efforts of the Association of Nigerian Women Academic Doctors, Inc.

Call for Papers
JOA covers integrated research in all areas of leadership, business, education, science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM programs). Manuscripts that meet the general criteria could be submitted for publication. The criteria includes: Original articles in basic and applied research, case studies and critical reviews, and surveys.

The debut issue of  JOA will emerge in Fall 2013 and the conference launching scheduled for April 25-26, 2014. The editorial board invites scholars, instructors, professors, and professionals to submit original article-length manuscripts (not exceeding 5000 words including references or 20 pages in length and double spaced). The authors’ guides includes: an abstract that summarizes the study and significance of the work (not exceeding 250 words). The JOA is an integrated research that covers all aspects of scholarship, knowledge, and awareness. Some examples of focus areas include but are not limited to:

–          Leadership in Private and Government Sectors
–          Information Systems and Technology Innovations
